Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions are between you and Ai Method Club ("we", "us", "the seller"). By accessing or using our website, courses and members area, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Ai Method Club provides self-paced online courses, templates, prompts and related digital materials that teach you how to build AI-powered apps and businesses without code. Course content is delivered through a members area after purchase.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the authority to bind your organisation, to make a purchase.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for your own personal or business use, within the plan you purchased. You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing, scanning or scraping
  • Resell, redistribute, share or publicly post the course materials, your login, or any part of the members area
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent technical limits of the service

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the course content, software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service from time to time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If your access ends, your right to use the course materials ends with it.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Course content is educational and does not constitute financial, legal or professional advice; results from applying it are your own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact
