Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
Ai Method Club ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide how and why your personal data is processed when you use our website, courses and members area.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address and login credentials when you create an account
- Purchase records — which course you bought, order dates and transaction references (payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us)
- Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help
- Usage data — how you interact with the site, device identifiers, browser type and IP address
3. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account (contract performance)
- To deliver the courses you purchased and unlock your members area (contract performance)
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests)
- To improve the product and understand how it's used (legitimate interests)
- To provide customer support (contract performance)
- To send marketing where you've agreed to it (consent — you can withdraw at any time)
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax records
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, payments, tax compliance and invoicing
- Service providers — hosting, authentication, analytics and support tooling that help us run the service
- Professional advisers — such as lawyers and accountants, where needed
- Authorities — where required by law
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, account data while your account is active, and purchase records for the period required by tax law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the support details shown at checkout.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your personal data.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and make the site work. We do not use marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.
10. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
